The antenatal package, named after the first hopeful signs of spring, covers you from the beginning of your pregnancy up until the moment you go in to labour. It includes a minimum of nine standard appointments - your booking, visits/health checks at each of 16, 25, 28, 31, 34, 36, 38 and 40 weeks and a birth plan. Additional appointments will be scheduled as necessary, particularly once you've reached the 40-week mark. The package also comes with a welcome pack and advice on colostrum harvesting.
There is no discount for booking later in your pregnancy. You will receive the same amount of care just over a shorter time.
The postnatal package covers you from the day after you give birth up until the end of baby's fourth week. It includes a minimum of seven standard appointments, with visits/health checks on each of days 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 14 and 28. Additional appointments will be scheduled as necessary. A Newborn Blood Spot test will be performed if requested and there'll be specialist feeding support, too.

Following a birth plan and three standard antenatal appointments at 36, 38 and 40 weeks you'll have me and a support midwife focused solely on you. You will have access to a birth pool and TENS machine, as well as Entonox and a full birth kit. Comprehensive insurance is provided by Zest and is included in the price, as are massage and aromatherapy (by request) during labour. You will also receive immediate postnatal and feeding support.
The full range of antenatal and postnatal appointments (including birth planning) and support throughout your time in hospital, whether you birth vaginally or opt for an elective c-section. Massage and aromatherapy can be provided during labour and postnatal care will begin immediately. A Newborn Blood Spot test will be performed if requested and there'll be specialist feeding support, too. A MATB1 form can also be arranged.

My most complete package. You'll receive a minimum of nine standard antenatal appointments including your booking (during which we will discuss your history and all of your wishes and requirements), birth planning and visits/health checks at each of 16, 25, 28, 31, 34, 36, 38 and 40 weeks. I will be 'on call' from week 37 onwards and you'll have me and a support midwife focused solely on you throughout your home birth. You will have access to a birth pool and TENS machine, as well as Entonox, a full birth kit, massage and aromatherapy. Postnatal care will begin immediately following the birth, with seven standard postnatal appointments on each of days 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 14 and 28. A Newborn Blood Spot test will be performed if requested and there'll be specialist feeding support, too. Comprehensive insurance is provided by Zest and is included in the price, as is a MATB1 form (if required).

All of the care I provide is centred around you - your needs, your wishes and your wellbeing. I want to enable and empower you to be confident in the decisions you make and to be sure they're what's best for you. There'll be no pressure to accept or conform to NHS guidelines and you'll be kept safe and supported (usually) in the comfort of your own home. You'll also have access to me 24/7 via WhatsApp.
I am experienced in all areas of child birth and maternity care and am an expert in birth after previous trauma. Custom care packages can be arranged on request.
